- All digital products such as healing plans (PDFs), eBooks, and online course materials are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.
- As these are downloadable digital products, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
- We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully and contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase.
2. Live Workshops and Webinars
- Fees for live workshops, webinars, or online sessions are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend a session you have registered for, you may request to transfer your booking to a future session (subject to availability) by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
